Payments and Warranty

The customer has the choice between two different methods of payment.

Bank Transfer

The customer has 2 days to make the payment, if the payment is not made within that period the order will be canceled. The customer is required to send Postural Point s.r.l., within 48 hours of receipt of order confirmation and by email amministrazione@posturalpoint.com, a copy of the transfer order made in favor of the latter (IBAN IT 02Y0708461850000000511794 ). Failure to receive this copy within 48 hours, Postural Point s.r.l. will cancel the customer’s order.

PayPal payment system

PayPal is a complete payment method and easily integrated into your site. Accepted in 190 countries, for national and international payments.
You can pay using this system even if you do not have a PayPal account, but with your card in an easy and safe way. All major credit cards are accepted.

Stripe payment system

Stripe is a secure and comprehensive payment system. It accepts major credit cards and does not require any registration or account.

Prices and Warranty

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all prices shown are “including VAT” and are expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices shown is always and only the one indicated by the procedure at the time of the order to the Supplier.

Prices are inclusive of transport charges, while they are not inclusive of insurance charges or any other taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Postural Point s.r.l. is not responsible for taxes imposed by other countries.

Postural Point s.r.l. informs the customer that stocks of products for sale online through the site www.posturalpoint.com are limited, so if a product is no longer available will be reported in the online shop.

In the event that, after the transmission of the order, the product ordered is no longer available in the warehouse, Postural Point s.r.l. will inform the customer as soon as possible and it will be possible to choose whether to cancel the order and then receive a refund of the price paid, or accept to wait for the new availability of the same.

Postural Point s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with whom there is a dispute concerning a previous order.
