What is Postural Point Ally?
Postural Point Ally is designed to integrate naturally into the daily work of any clinic or healthcare facility without initial investment.
We provide our latest-generation podoscope and access to our dedicated cloud software, allowing the professional to collect patient data independently. Our team handles the specialized analysis and the production of the 3D-printed custom orthotics.
After production and manual finishing, we will ship the complete orthotics to your clinic within 7 business days, accompanied by a certified medical report signed by our physiatrist.
The Postural Point Method for Our Custom Orthotics
Unlike traditional orthopedic insoles, our solutions are born from an integrated medical and technological approach that focuses on two fundamental principles:
- The biomechanics of the rearfoot, which regulates body alignment and influences the entire postural chain.
- Proprioceptive stimulation, achieved through forms, materials, and densities calibrated to actively guide the foot toward a progressive and lasting adaptation.
Each orthotic is designed with SolidWorks, starting from objective data such as body weight, morphology, and corrective goals. The internal structure is 3D printed with very high precision, with a modeling accuracy of a tenth of a millimeter. Finally, the finishing is done by hand, selecting materials and coverings based on the person’s specific needs.
What Foot Conditions and Pains Do We Treat?
Long-Term Corrective Efficacy
A retrospective analysis was conducted on a sample of 1,000 subjects with various foot dysfunctions, including flat feet, high arches, and rearfoot valgus and varus. The sample, composed of individuals of different age groups and genders, was monitored over five years, during which they maintained constant and daily use of the custom orthotics created with Postural Point technology.
The data collected showed an average improvement of 44% in foot alignment within the first 24 months, with a further increase to 68% by the fifth year. These findings confirm the therapeutic and re-educative value of our approach: it’s not a simple mechanical support but an active postural device designed to induce progressive neuro-muscular adaptations and promote a functional rebalancing of the entire musculoskeletal chain.
