It all starts with a complete analysis of the foot and rearfoot<\/strong>. The design is done entirely with SolidWorks<\/strong>, taking into account body weight, morphological structure, and the corrective objective.<\/p>\n

The internal structure of the orthotic is created entirely with 3D printing technology, allowing us to model density and thickness<\/strong> with a precision of a tenth of a millimeter.<\/p>\n

This is followed by the final finishing<\/strong>, performed by hand<\/strong> by our specialized technicians, who complete the work by selecting materials, coverings, and details based on the person’s specific needs.<\/p>\n

The result is an orthotic that is thin<\/strong>, light<\/strong>, and calibrated <\/strong>to work in harmony with movement.
